By accessing or using our websites or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our websites or services.
By submitting an application, creating an account, making a payment, or otherwise accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Our services are available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their access and delete their account.
Complete RPA Bootcamp is a paid, 90-day online bootcamp designed to train students as UiPath automation developers. Our services include access to structured course content and learning materials delivered through our Thinkific-hosted learning platform at campus.completerpabootcamp.com, mentorship and guidance from instructors, and career support resources to help you pursue employment in the RPA field.
The specific curriculum, schedule, and resources included in the program may be updated or modified at our discretion to keep the program current and effective.
To access course materials, you must create a student account on our Thinkific-hosted learning platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
You must notify us immediately at support@completerpabootcamp.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use our websites and services only for their intended educational purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the course materials solely for your personal educational use during and after your enrollment.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion.
All course content, curriculum, materials, videos, documents, assignments, branding, logos, website design, and any other intellectual property made available through our services are and remain the exclusive property of Leon Petrou, Inc. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our intellectual property. Your license to access course materials is limited to personal educational use as described in the "Acceptable Use" section above and may be revoked if you violate these Terms.
Tuition for the bootcamp is paid via Stripe through Thinkific T-Commerce. By submitting payment, you agree to pay the full tuition amount as stated at the time of enrollment. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Payment processing is subject to Stripe's terms of service. We are not responsible for payment processing errors caused by Stripe or your financial institution.
We do not offer general refunds on tuition. All sales are final.
The only exception is our "Hired or Free" Money-Back Guarantee, which provides eligible students with a full refund under specific conditions. No refunds will be issued outside of the "Hired or Free" Money-Back Guarantee under any circumstances. By enrolling, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our websites, platform, or course materials.
Educational outcomes are not guaranteed. While our program is designed to prepare you for a career as a UiPath automation developer, we do not guarantee that you will achieve any specific results, obtain certification, secure employment, or earn any particular income as a result of completing the bootcamp. Individual results depend on many factors, including your effort, aptitude, experience, and market conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Leon Petrou, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, loss of business opportunities, or any other damages, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total tuition amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leon Petrou, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our websites, platform, and services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at our sole discretion. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, prohibited conduct, nonpayment, or any behavior we deem harmful to the program, other students, or our staff.
Upon termination, your license to access course materials is revoked immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will remain in effect.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. Material changes may be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at support@completerpabootcamp.com in good faith. We will work with you to try to reach a resolution within 30 days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the terms of our "Hired or Free" Money-Back Guarantee, constitute the entire agreement between you and Leon Petrou, Inc. regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
